My name is Kate and I am passionate about bringing my love of yoga and health to others. I am trained in both Hatha and Yin Yoga, and have completed 550 hours of teacher training, in both Australia and India. I have trained with Shantarasa Yoga Darshana, and my classes focus on the more traditional style of yoga and meditation. I have also completed Yin teacher training with Hugh Lee and enjoy sharing this style as a way to slow, still and create inner and outer growth. I offer small group classes for special occasion (hens parties, birthdays), and offer one on one yoga for those who wish to delve deeper into their personal practice and have an individual sequence developed for their body/mind.
Teaching three classes weekly, located at Mache CoWorking Space and the Cumberland Park Community Centre. Suitable for beginners through to experience yogis. I provide plenty of options to suit the individual and offer an hour of movement with your breath to switch off and rest your mind.
Thursday 7-8pm. Cumberland Park Community Centre.
Bring your mat, any props you may have, comfortable clothes and a blanket in cooler months. A few spare mats and blocks are available. Cushions are also provided in class for relaxation.
Yoga class $18
5 class pass: $70 (5 weeks to use) or $80 (No expiration on card). 10 class pass $130 or $150
